Today’s Yahoo Article on Swine Flu http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090611/ap_on_he_me/un_un_swine_flu, says it’s now a pandemic (12th June 09), ‘the first global flu in 41 years’, however, don’t forget, it states ‘infections have climbed to over 30,000 cases’, but that ’ordinary flu kills about 250,000 to 500,000 people each year’!- why isn’t that reported and talked about so much??!! To prevent any infection, follow these steps:-
1. Whenever you need to go to the toilet in public places, use paper towel to turn taps on, (don’t touch the taps), then throw in bin,
2. Always open doors and push buttons in public covered with your sleeve,
3. Don’t be in public places if you have a cough or sneezing. If you need to cough, cough or sneeze into your sleeve,
4. Wash hands regularly singing ‘happy birthday’ to yourself TWICE, and/or use the water-free alcohol hand washing gel, ‘Aqium’
5. Gather a few extra food, medical supplies each time go 2 a supermaket or store
